Until we remember as a society that life starts in the womb, and that you can't have the liberty and pursuit of happiness promised in the Declaration of Independence until you first have the Right to Life, pro-lifers will have lots of work to do.
The National Right to Life Convention, held annually for going on forty years now, is the single largest meeting of pro-life leaders. Each year these leaders and pro-lifers just like you meet up to plan, hold workshops, and work to give more human beings a chance at life. The heart of the Right to Life Movement is it's strong grassroots base made up of NRLC, 50 State Affiliate Groups, and over 3,000 local chapters, and the convention is their gathering place, featuring workshops on every possible pro-life topic, from organizing, to politics, to news, to media, to the latest facts and science. The convention has seen some of the biggest figures of our time, everyone from Presidential candidates to Mother Theresa (seriously). This year Lilla Rose (president of Live Action), Stephen Mosher (president of the Population Research Institute), and Carol Tobias (president of NRLC) will be headlining. As a resource for grassroots pro-lifers, the convention offers a unique forum for them like no other. The convention is where it happens.
The pro-life movement would not exist without volunteers. People who give their time and effort to make this happen. We need your help, and we can promise you won't regret it.
